How to convert EML files using our software?
Recoveryfix Converter for EML allows you to convert your mailbox from EML, EMLX, MSG, and OFT file formats to PST, PDF, DOC, HTML, and other formats. Let us look at the steps to convert EML files to PST using this tool.
Step 1: Download and install the software on your system.
Step 2: Launch the software and click on + icon to add EML files.
Step 3: Choose the folder that contains EML files and proceed to Select option.
Step 4: Use the + icon to add more EML folders if needed, and click Set Filter and Migrate.
Step 5: Check Date Filter and use Filter by option to sort data based on Received Date, Sent Date, &Created Date. Then, set a required date range and proceed to Start Migration.
Step 6: Select PST as an output type and use Split PST file after option to divide files as needed. Then, Browse to select the file saving location and click OK.
Step 7: It will begin the process of file conversion.
Step 8: Once done, you will get a pop-up message "File conversion is successful." on your screen. Then, click OK to end the process.
How to convert EML files using the Mac version of the software?
The process of converting EML files in the Mac version of the software is the same as the Windows version. First, download & install the software in your system and follow the instructions carefully.
Step 1: Launch the software and click on the + icon to add EML files.
Step 2: Select the folder that contains all the EML files and Open it.
Step 3: Use the + sign to add more EML files and proceed to Set Filter and Migrate.
Step 4: Enable the Date Filter and choose the required date range. Then, sort data based on Received Date, Sent Date, &Created Date and click Start Migration.
Step 5: Select PST as output type and check the Split PST file after option for better file optimization. Then, Browse to choose Destination Path and click OK.
Note: Enable failed item conversion logs if required.
Step 6: The software will start converting EML files into the selected format.
Step 7: A pop message "File conversion is successful." will appear on the screen once it is completed. Then, click OK to end the process.
