Recoveryfix IMAP to Office 365

Recoveryfix IMAP to Office 365 tool is an advanced software that can easily migrate single or multiple mailboxes from a source IMAP server account such as Gmail, Yahoo, Zoho, AOL, AT&T, GroupWise, etc. to Office 365 destination with complete data accuracy. Users can perform the migration process through the software with the help of the following steps.

Step 1: Launch Recoveryfix IMAP to Office 365 software and press on +Add button to enter the source details.

Step 2: Choose Basic Authentication for login and click on OK.

Step 3: Enter Server Name, User Email, Password, & Port Number, then proceed to click Add.

Step 4: Tap on + Connect to add the destination and choose Modern Authentication for login, then click on OK.

Step 5: Enter the destination details, including Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret Value & Email ID > choose a Single mailbox or List of mailboxes using above credentials as per your requirements, then proceed to click Add.

Note: You can create Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret Value by using the help section from the right-hand side.

Step 6: Select your Destination Account from drop-down option, then tap on Set Filter and Migrate.

Step 7: Choose one option among Mailbox, Archive Mailbox, or Public folder for migration and click on the Migrate button.

Step 8: In this window, you can use multiple filters to migrate selective data to Office 365, including:

Utilize checkbox to select folders
Date Filter
Exclude Deleted folder
Exclude empty folders
Select if you want to save all data hierarchy into a separate folder
Set operation timeout for larger emails while uploading/downloading
Skip Previously Migrated items (Incremental)
Select if migrating to Office 365 Group

After utilizing the required folders, tap on I am OK, Start Migration.

Step 9: It will initiate the IMAP to Office 365 migration process.

Step 10: A message will appear after the completion of migration process, click on OK to proceed.

Step 11: Finally, save the report to CSV format and press on OK to end the process.
